Nice place. We went on a Tuesday night which I’m assuming isn’t normally busy, however, there was a Rangers game going on at MSG so it was packed. I would STRONGLY recommend a reservation during any events at MSG because the place fills up real fast. It’s also conveniently located directly across from Penn Station and MSG.
Our wait time was estimated 45 minutes for a table for 2 but they got us seated in probably less than 20 minutes. It’s a two story restaurant with bars on both floors surrounded by tvs and tables. The staff was very friendly and efficient so big shout out to all of them.
The happy goes from 4-7 daily which is a good thing but it is a limited happy hour menu. Only two beers, an espresso martini, one other thing I believe. There’s also no food on happy hour.
We ordered the caprese flatbread to share which was good. I wish there would have been a balsamic drizzle on it or something for some sort of sauce but we also didn’t ask for it so it may be possible. I ordered the French Onion Soup Burgee which was good and nice to have something different. It is slightly messy but it was very good. My partner had the Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger and from the bite I had of that, it was delicious and I would probably get that next time.
We spent just shy of $100 for two of us for two entrees, an app, and we both had a happy hour beer.
The only bathrooms I could find were on the second floor but there is an elevator at the entrance that drops you off right out side them if you can’t do the stairs. Theres also a host stand on both floors which is nice to keep things running smoothly.
All in all. I would recommend it and I would personally go...
Read moreWhile the service was overall top notch, the food and drinks left something to be desired. The house old fashioned was entirely too sweet for both myself and my friends. The house margarita was also sweet, so I gave it a splash of grapefruit juice to attempt to even it out. The bourbon bacon jam burger was also overly sweet and needed a dash of salt. Adding ketchup to it for the salt was not a good idea as it just made it sweeter.
Would've been nice to know beforehand that I would be charged separate for a small mayonnaise to dip the fries in, at the request of my European friend. Tell me when ordering it, I don't like to feel blindsided, not caring whether it's $0.25 or $2.00.
Overall, the food was flavorful, just not the flavor profile we would've wanted (nor expected as much of). If I wasn't in a bit of a rush, I would've mentioned something to the bartender or server.
Atmosphere was nice. Ranged from casual to date nighty. Good to go alone, with a few friends, or more than a few friends. Music was a bit loud. The 2 others I was with mentioned this, as well as the party next to me at the bar. 5pm Saturday and music is this loud. I don't want to hear what the place is at 11pm.
End of story, I'll go back to try it again soon with friends. Every place...

As a known Knick’s bar, game 3 was a time to be dining here for the atmosphere was giving. Folks Knicked out and the vibes were on point. I think my main issue was in the room we were in, there was only one tv and at an oddly high angle. I’m sure there’s suppose to be a balance between upscale and sports bar but I felt it was lacking in sports bar unless you were at the bar. One table couldn’t possibly watch the game from their seat. Their necks 😭.
Also, for the amount of time we were there, the food wasn’t screaming at me, so we didn’t engage enough, but for what we did, enjoyment was had. The burger slider stack and all its cheesy glory with the cheese sauce was everything. The sleeper pic however belongs to the Fried Risotto Ball. Whatever was in that sauce, 🔥.
Now being game three and a packed, I do applaud the service. Never waited long for food or drinks despite the crowd.
Overall, as a bar for Knick’s fan definitely vibes are met and highly recommend for the locals or those trying to be out in the hubbub , but...
