I needed to touch base with an extremely unprofessional experience I had at your bar last night on Mill Ave. right around 10:30 - 11p.m.. I get that the pandemic is an issue, but when one of your bouncers comes up to me and my girlfriend, AS WE ARE LEAVING, WITHOUT A MASK HIMSELF.. and harasses us all the way out of the bar onto the surface street to tell us to put our masks on. That's a huge issue, we should never have to worry about being followed out of a local bar by one of your employees.
We were exiting the bar and forgot to put our face coverings on for a portion of the walk, instead of just asking or reminding us to put our masks on he started the conversation by cursing at us and was attempting to touch my girlfriend to get her out of the bar, as we were already on our way up the steps to leave.. then proceeded to threaten her and I saying that we would never be aloud back in again over an innocent mistake. I had to physically hold this gentleman back by extending my arm in front of him and asking him to back down, clearly we were both intoxicated and not being rude towards him and the fact that he just tried to physically remove us with no provocation, meanwhile attempting to instigate a fight (verbal or otherwise), is highly unsettling and against policy, legally, for what he is allowed to do in his position by attempting to us unwarranted physical force to remove us from the bar. Beyond that, going the extra mile to follow us up to the surface street and continue harassing us outside of the establishment.
I would strongly recommend you train your bouncers and/or attendants better, this is something that could have been easily avoided with a small amount of maturity and professionalism of which this gentleman was not given, obviously, and could result in future law suits or unwarranted violence in or near your bar if not corrected.
This was the worst experience we have ever had on a night out, even during a pandemic. We are choosing not to come back to the establishment after this encounter.
To add, I find the hypocrisy of mask wearing and guidelines staggering when we were seated with four complete strangers at a booth putting us in close proximity with people who may have been exposed at some point or another. Meaning your staff is putting others at risk and only following these "strict guidlines" when it suits them to. Might I suggest toning down the aggressive tactics and giving people a chance to enjoy themselves rather than treating your guests like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe reserved three tables last night for my wife and best friendās birthday⦠Got there and everything was great. We had a very friendly server⦠Then about an hour later once the music started a different server started taking care of us and she was very rude. Fast-forward through the show and just total attitude the entire time, and then someone from Security came over to somebody in my party and basically asked us to leave because someone in my party was extremely intoxicated⦠This person was not causing any issues was not falling asleep at the table was not being belligerent or loud, and then Security surrounded our table making us feel like criminals⦠Weāre all middle-aged, married couples and pose no threat whatsoever⦠I will definitely not be back even though the music and atmosphere was super fun Our impression of the removal of our part is because they wanted us to give up our tables because it was a Saturday night. I seriously want my $105 back we paid for the three tables to be reserved⦠I think it was ridiculous and somewhat discriminatory to ask us to leave. The funny thing is every five or 10 minutes our waitress was coming by asking if we wanted more drinks, so why do you push drinks on people and then kick them out if they have too much, In their opinion⦠Believe me, if my friend wouldāve been causing a scene or being belligerent or loud we wouldāve definitely left on our own volition however, she was doing nothing of the sort⦠Your security is heavy-handed, and your waitress that helped us was completely rude⦠Even the two bartenders behind the bar were rude to me when I went and bought a couple of Jell-O shots. Will not be back and will tell everybody that they should not frequent your establishment. I would love for ownership or management to reach out to me.
Just want to jump on here two weeks later to confirm that no member of management has reached out to me about our terrible experience for my wife and my best friendās birthday there at the bar. Iām honestly not surprised and will tell everybody I know not to go to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat entertainment!! Never heard of this place. Love the layout. Howeverā¦. Management tried to ruin it for me. Unbelievable that I was actually accused of trying to save tables for some unknown to me people. Iām still hurting from that insult. I was invited to come there by a wonderfully thoughtful friend because she thought Iād enjoy the piano duo and I did. Very nice of her to invite others for my birthday. I had NOTHING TO DO with the plan. I saw a couple come in that were my friends to surprise me further. I went over to say hi to them and was verbally accosted by someone saying she was giving me a message from management that I couldnāt have my balloon and birthday cards and belongings at my table while Iām talking to friends who came in. It was MY TABLE that I had been sitting at with my husband and having our drinks. Accused me of trying to hold a table for someone. Iām not even sitting with them just standing next to their booth chatting before going back to MY SEAT! What a shocking insult!. Management should have been coming over with birthday wishes and thanks for coming. I felt humiliated and unappreciated. Thanks (management?) for being the only sore-spot-thorn-in-my-side for my otherwise beautiful 70th birthday!! One kool thing about being 70 is all the friends amassed. Lots of acquaintances as well to share my painful experience with! It was my pleasure to leave and take all my birthday gift money over to The Final Round on Mill and Baseline in Tempe where management knows how to appreciate their...
