Love this shop. Always clean, presentable and visually merchandised well. However today was the best experience I had and I very much would like the share the great customer service and care I recieved.
About a month ago I walked past Mango and noticed this gorgeous Rose dress in the window. Having an upcoming Italian wedding in the Summer, this was the dress. No questions asked.
Walking past again today I noticed it was no longer on display and thought they had completely sold out or finished with that particular item. Upon going in, looking around and not seeing it anywhere, decided to ask a lovely gentleman who helped me from start to finish.
As I showed the reference photo and explained my story and if there was any possibility. He stopped everything to check for me and found 2 sizes in the back for me to try on.
After being helped to the fitting rooms and trying on the sizes, I noticed the perfect size had a detailing issue and without hesitation and bringing up the issue he helped again and brought me another one from the back, brand new and perfect.
Best energy and service from this gentleman, wont be disclosing names for privacy reasons but just want to say again thankyou so much for making me extremely happy today!...
Read moreThe absolute worst service I've every experienced in a retail store. I'm a loyal mango shopper but this location will never see me again. I was shopping with my baby in the stroller. I kindly asked if there was an elevator to help me get upstairs. The gentleman Said"no" rudely and walked away. Not, "sorry mam we don't have one in this location but I'd be happy to help.you up the stairs". Then, I go to the cashier to try and get a price adjustment on an item I bought because it's on sale for 40% off. The lady rudely Said, "we dont do price asjustments...and no you can't return it and buy it back. " I was confused. What would stop me from returning it, and then grabbing another one off the rack to buy? If it wasnt so inconvenient to go upstairs,, to hold my baby in one hand, and the stroller in another to pick up another one, I would have. Instead I asked for a return. I'd just buy it online. Then they saw that I boight it in Italy (a week ago) and rejected the return because it wasn't bought in Amsterdam. I know its possible, ive done it before. I travel and shop a lot. Anyway, all to say. Really poor customer service. Really Really...
Read moreOne of the most uninterested, borderline rude staff I've ever encountered at a Mango store anywhere I've ever been. I came to pick up a package I ordered online and the staff didn't get my name properly or scan the bar code provided in the email. Instead, she proceeded to disappear, came back and said she couldn't find me, then asked for my name again and messed it up (she had assumed my last name was something it isn't). She could have asked to clarify. Eventually, she asked me to write it down and then talked into her microphone for a while to spell it out but it took a while and there was giggling? Like I don't want to assume it's about my name, but that is not a pleasant thing to do to a customer who is just trying to get my order. There were several other people working there and I didn't find any of them particularly helpful. I'm putting 2 stars because in the end, I got my package and the store itself is well...
