My son came in wanting to play a specific game that Game Works had (Game Works is now closed). This game used to be 4 credits at other places and here is 8 credits ($2 per play). While he had a nice time, the gentleman working behind the counter clearly doesn't want to be here as he simply plays in his phone behind the register. The place is pretty disgusting... Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. And there are almost no prizes that would be worth it to spend the money on ticket possibilities. When we walked in, my son asked where he can purchase a gaming card and the gentleman working said, "you can buy here or go over there and buy it from the kiosk". With Game Works now closed, this is an opportunity for Xscape to step up and seems like that's not the case. Hopefully management/ownership takes a long look at their opportunity and can provide a better experience.

Not mad at this location, it was solid. Most of the video games worked. the ones that didn't had communication written on it. This location has potential to be a major destination. Not sure how its managed, but it could use an upgrade in a lot of its attractions. It's a great place to take your young kids and let them run around and get their fill, older teens and young adults may get bored with the selection. An additional investment in this space could take it to a prime location. Especially with the foot traffic it gets being right outside the busiest food court of the mall and in the amusement park. All in all, it was fun. I would return just because I know what I'm getting and it isn't too busy for the most part.

Xscape Entertainment Center is one of a must go list if we visit Mall of America. First get your card. You can use either cash or credit card. Your kids can ride and race motorcycle, drive and race, build a high rise building, play basketball, and get coupons cumulative in your card. After we’re done playing, we can exchange our coupons with toys, candies, or some interesting stuffs.

🌟 Xscape Arcade – Double the Arcades, Double the Fun at MOA šŸŽ®

At Mall of America, the Force is strong with XSCAPE Entertainment—not one, but two arcades await your arrival! One near the M&M store on the ground level, and another outside the South Food Court.

šŸ’³ And yes, Jedi and Padawans rejoice—your game card works at both! Buy it once, and your credits, tickets, and victories travel with you across both locations like a lightsaber through the darkness.

šŸ’° Game Credit Wisdom: With most games between 6-12 credits, if you avergae them at 9 credits, here’s approximately how many games you can play:

$75 = 560 credits ā‰ˆ 62 games

$50 = 350 credits ā‰ˆ 39 games

$30 = 200 credits ā‰ˆ 22 games

$15 = 60 credits ā‰ˆ 6 games

āš–ļø The $75 tier offers the best value (~13.4Ā¢/credit), and new cards come with a $2 fee—but they throw in $2 credits, so the Jedi Council deems it fair.

⭐ Final Verdict: Two arcades, one card, countless battles. A true training ground for future heroes of the Republic—and a smart choice for families seeking fun on botha ends of the mall. May your credits be many and your...
