We were very excited to see FS has a new Nashville location. We have always had the best experiences at other FS and really liked the location for our Luke Combs concert at Nissan. We are aware it is the music city and expect late nights. However the noise level from a nearby rooftop was outrageously loud. Mind you this was not a rooftop at FS it was a local bar around the corner from FS. The bass vibrated throughout our room to where we would have thought it was above us. At 2 am we finally called the front desk. They said they were aware and that their hands are tied. They offered a noise maker (which we had) and headphones. They mentioned since we were a river facing room (which we paid more for, for a “view”) that the sound carried more. Overall it was a nice FS property. But at that price point we wish they would have disclosed a known issue of a rooftop bar creating excessive noise until 3am. Maybe if you do not get a river exposed room you’ll have...
Read moreGreat property and service overall but please address the service issues at the attached restaurant, Mimo, on the first floor. The horrendous service we experienced today should not be associated and reflective of this fine hotel. Cannot believe we experienced such terrible service and treatment. We let the front desk know and I have posted a detailed review on the restaurant’s Google review page. Follow up with your customers and iron out the service issues and the restaurant would be 5 stars too. If I had to critique the room itself, drapes were cheap for a Four seasons resort and lighting in the rooms were terrible… Otherwise, housekeeping did a great job cleaning but not refreshing needed items, but not a deal breaker especially after the crazy bad service at the restaurant lounge we...
Read moreIt takes a lot for me to write a bad review because I understand no place is perfect. We have stayed at numerous Four Season hotels and resorts. Four Seasons Nashville is not up to par. This hotel needs to decide whether it wants to continue as a Four Seasons hotel or rebrand. For those familiar with Four Seasons, you will be happy with the accommodations, housekeeping, and room service. However, this location is a party hotel. The noise is unbearable (we could not hear our tv) and it continued until well after 1:00 am. Our only saving grace was that you could turn the air up but this did not stop the vibrations. Finally, the valet could not find our keys and it took almost an hour to get us our car. Rebrand or get this hotel up to snuff. It...
