I had the absolute BEST experience at this spa with Allison! I booked a 50-minute hand-crafted massage, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever felt that relaxed in my life. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was perfect — the lighting, the scent, the music — everything felt so calming and luxurious.

Allison was incredible. Her technique and pressure were spot on, but what really stood out was how comfortable she made me feel. This was my first professional massage, and she completely put me at ease with her bedside manner. She was so attentive, checking in just enough without breaking the flow — it was like she knew exactly what my body needed.

The little touches made it even better: the heated table, the aromatherapy, the hot towel — it was pure heaven. I left feeling so relaxed and loose, like all the tension had been completely melted away.

I visited in September 2024. This is a true luxury spa. It’s located in the beautiful Four Seasons hotel. There is a steam room, sauna and well appointed multi-functional showers. There is an attendant cleaning nonstop. Down the hall is access to the beautiful pool where you have full service. There is flavored water, tea and snacks in the relaxation lounge. They also have big fluffy throws on each chaise. My therapist did a great job on my 90-minute service. If I need to find a flaw, the changing area is fairly small. Not a big deal at all....
