BED Lounge — Restaurant in Prague

We were the only customers in the bar, I have never experienced such bad and slow customer service by a lady. Who we found out it was actually the manager. She is very rude. We were the only 2 people in there, we ordered 2 cocktails and a shisha, got the cocktails after 10mintues by the nice gent at the bar, still after over half an hour the owner/manager was ment to be making our shisha however, she was at the bar standing there while we were still waitng, so we thought she forgot about it, we have waited for our shisha for about 35 minutes at this point, we went to the bar to pay for the 2 cocktails we had to then be told we had to pay for the shisha that's been ready but not brought out to us which was in the back, i would understand if it was busy however, we were the only 2 people in there. This was ridiculous. The lady told us we had to pay for the shisha as well, which we said no because we didn't get it, but because it was in the back ready that she made over 10 minutes ago but never brought it out to us, we had to pay. We obviously said no, and we would pay for what we have had. She didn't like this and said we still had to pay. The gent at the bar apologised to us, which was the only reason we paid as we felt bad. Should have known not to go in there, when it was empty, I understand why they don't have...

I have postponed the writing of the comment long time, but finally, here I am. In the pic, it is clearly visible the quality of the duck and I was very disappointed by it. The duck cost around 20€+, but it was falling apart. The general look of the meal was not tasty and I had to ask the manager if they had made a mistake, but the manager rejected my request by saying that the kitchen had no complaint and this is a standard serving the dish in their place. I was very surprised since I have lived in Cz already 10 years and I know the place to come and eat this dish and the prices are cheaper than in this lounge, but just look at it…

They didn't accept my request. Didn't offer anything from the side of the restaurant. I have told them that it is not good to lie to people, especially in the tourist area, however I think they don't care. But I do. I also work in tourism and this shouldn’t be acceptable. So If you're considering having a worthy meal, skip this place and find a better location in Prague.

The atmosphere was amazing downstairs. The idea of chilling on a beg without shoes, having shisha and drinking great cocktails was just amazing after a long day of sightseeing and walking. The service however was just horrible. It took us 30 mins atleast to get our shisha. We told them almost immediately that we didn't like the shisha flavor and the server said she will send her colleague to come change it but it never happened. They just kept changing the coal and that too after always a delay upon asking. I had to ask for water 3 times to get it after an hour. I also asked for the food menu but they never brought it and then an hour later when I asked again, they said the kitchen was closed and the last order was just 10 mins ago.
