Been loyal customers since 2008, though haven't visited much since covid hit. Very sad to find one of our favorite places has since hired not particularly friendly staff. Girl who welcomed was quite rude and did a very poor job at trying to sell us anything. Yes, we know "it's a tartine bar", but usually in winter there's soup on the menu, so we really didn't need the attitude that came with that arrogant comment. Not to mention there actually was some warm stock/bouillon on the menu, that wasn't advertised much, because it's not "fait maison", so it clearly doesn't seem to count. Maybe teach your waiters and waitresses a thing or two about customer satisfaction (or hire some who know about it already) and next time your clients won't just get up and...

Nice food, something different from other things we tasted in Strasbourg. However, the service was rude. As soon as we finished the dishes they gathered them, then they came again to gather the glasses and asked if we wanted to buy something else, then they brought us the bill without asking for it and after a while the waitress came with the POS machine demanding to pay her. We weren't even ready to leave as we had just finished eating and this whole pressing behavior destroyed the firstly good impression we had for the restaurant. It's kind of unprofessional demanding for the client to pay as soon as he has finished eating and it has never happened to me in other...

Terrible place. I have dinner with my son and husband. One of the toast ordered, arrived fully burnt… completely dark. We asked kindly to the waitress to change it because it was not healthy at all, also it was extremely hard, like a stone. The waitress said she does not want to bring a new one, and she brought the receipt including the burnt toast. Unbelievable!!! She was extremely rude. We will not come back and please consider this un respectful behaviour if you are going with...

Reasonable prices and filling food choices. Best for breakfast or brunch. The service was friendly and helpful even for non French speakers like me. The menu is accessible using the barcode on the table (see picture), and you will provide your order to the restaurant staff as per usual. Card payment accepted. This is located near the Cathedral but still further from the usual tourist brassieres. It’s good that they are open on Sundays when most shops in the area are closed.
