Hands down the best F-ing carnitas LA country! These guys did some serious R&D to get these authentic Michoacán style carnitas right! The meat cooks for hours in a pork jacuzzi of sorts in these authentic copper Cazo pots....so fire! I ordered the taco box to go and it fed 4 people until we were in a food coma. I’m not much of a fan of Vegan style purple potato tacos, but these would be my go to staple if the world ran out of pork! This place has a cool clean look with lots of outdoor dining. The tacos are delicious and the guac is fresh. I wish I was hungrier and got the plate but the two tacos I did try were delicious. I recommend the purple potato and rosemary taco. It was amazing. The pictures of their breakfast burritos look just as tasty. And they're served all day! And if you love garlic the garlic candy is worth a try. Seating is limited and the again frescas are sugary...but it's worth coming back...

My fave place to eat in the neighborhood. Always fresh and delicious tasting. I’ve never had garlic candy until Flaco. & the Tinga tacos with the guac sauce and cheese they use is to die for. The plates are always presented so pretty too. Plus, this is the only Mexican food place I can eat that doesn’t give me a stomach ache. They must use clean quality ingredients.
