I went here with a group of friends for brunch. I have allergy restrictions, so I asked our server if I would be able to make some substitutions on the white meat plate, which specified on your menu that it was 1 breast and a wing with 2 sides. I asked if we could do just 2 regular grilled breasts with the sides, and she said yes.

We had a rather larger party, so we agreed to do 2 separate checks instead of 11. The food was great, but there were lots of mistakes made when splitting the checks extending our stay time causing us to be late for our events we had scheduled after the brunch. She ended up just splitting it 11 ways, but there were several mistakes still made on a majority of the party’s bill. An issue on mine and a couple guests checks were that we were charged for our sides when it was specified on the menu that it came with them. I asked her if it was correct and she said “yeah sorry. “ which I was confused because she made it sound like I wouldn’t be charged for anything extra when making those substitutions. But my friends were also charged for their sides as well, making each of our bills nearly twice as expensive and our server didn’t seem to care. She just kept saying “yeah sorry. “ if it was specified we would be charged for those, we would’ve never gotten them. We want to your restaurant because it seemed to be the best budget friendly place, but it ended up being the most expensive place we went to because of these mistakes/ lack of communication.

I placed an order for pick up through DoorDash. I waited until the expected pick up time before I even left my apartment to pick up the food when I arrive. I was told my order was not ready yet and asked please sit down in the waiting area after about 10 minutes have passed The server had come out to let me know that it was going to be at least another 20 minutes before my order was ready and if I wanted to just pass the order along to the next DoorDash or that was what they suggested I told them that the order was for myself so unfortunately, I was gonna have to wait. They didn’t offer me any kind of discount and nothing to make up for the extremely long way and then when I received my food, half of my items were still missing from the order. I will never eat at this location again, and I will make sure to tell as many people as I can of the exceptionally...
