A customer came in without a mask. The management(?) asked them to put one on. The customer explained that he had a medical condition. Before/instead of simply asking the customer to stand back from the glass, the employee/manager had the nerve to say, "Oh, is that what they're saying these days?" (Not friendly, in my opinion.)
