Jamba — Restaurant in Twin Falls

As someone who works in customer service, I am always watchful for how workers talk to and treat their customers. I used to have no problems with Jamba! However lately, the workers seem more interested in socializing with each other than they are with helping their customers. I once waited over 5 minutes to get my order taken—mind you I was the only customer in there, the workers saw me walk in and proceeded to chat with each other instead of taking my order. They then took their time making my smoothie. It was the longest I had ever waited. One day I ordered a smoothie and found out that they were out of one of the ingredients. This is no big deal, I just simply asked if they could put something in to make it taste similar. The shift lead told me there was nothing similar. I asked if there was a drink that I could get that would be comparable to the one I wanted, they said that there wasn’t. It honestly seemed as if the shift lead either did not know the menu very well, or that they were uninterested in helping me out. I ordered a different smoothie that seemed like it would taste similar and it did in fact taste similar. Now, I know these are minor issues, however when you work in customer service, I think it’s important to ensure that the customer comes first and you help them out the best you can. We came here for our weekend trip to Idaho. First stop was in Twin Falls, so we decided to have a quick breakfast stop before starting our day. It was conveniently located near our hotel, and on the way to the falls. The shop was in a strip plaza, along with other stores. There are ample parking spaces in front as well.

The interior was spacious with several tables and chairs, with bar like stools near the windows. There are more tables and chairs outside the shop. Overall, the place was clean.

The workers were friendly, and explained the menu. As we’re regular Jamba Juice customers in Utah, we ordered the usual Roasted Tomato, Spinach and Feta breakfast sandwich. Staff has an awful customer service if they mess up they won't fix it they are very rude I came one night wanted a oatmeal bowl with Nutella we came in at 910pm they close at 10pm and they had already shut they machine down for the chocolate honestly this girls hate their jobs but it's not customers fault I will never come back here at all I been to other jamba juice never had bad experiences like the one here in twin falls this girls needs to have a better smile offer better service and when a customer tells you the order is wrong fix it instead of giving an attitude we paid for something that was super sour disgusting couldn't even drink it we have got this drink before and it's not sour at all but she didn't even want to help fixing a...
