Terrible Management and Complete Disorganization

I recently visited the Guess store in Amsterdam and was extremely disappointed by the evident mismanagement and disorganization.

During my visit, I noticed a clear lack of planning by the management. The staff seemed very stressed and struggling, clearly due to inadequate management. Furthermore, the store manager, who appeared to be of Asian descent, was extremely rude. She treated me very poorly and made me feel stupid. I wanted to make a purchase, but the manager couldn't speak English well, making communication difficult and frustrating. I also witnessed her yelling various orders at the staff while she was on her phone, completely ignoring their discomfort.

This lack of organization and respect not only negatively affects the workers but also the customers' experience. The management at the Guess store in Amsterdam has shown clear inefficiency and disregard for the needs of both staff and customers.

I do not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed shopping experience. The management needs a serious overhaul to improve the quality of service and respect towards employees...

5 star service by Merry. I visited the store a few days ago, just to pick up an online order. A few issues happened with my order, which meant that I needed to return the products. Somehow this turned into a bigger issue, as I was not allowed to return the products online or in store. I asked Merry for assistance, and she spent the following hour helping me solve the issue directly with customer service – all while making sure that the rest of customers in the store were perfectly talen care of, too. I felt so happy that she took the time to help me, even when this was an online order which seemingly didn’t have much involvement with the physical store.
