RE: PHARMACIST MS. MEWSA (located @ 645 W 9th St. Los Angeles, CA 90015) & DISTRCIT MANAGER *I am CA lawyer making this statement voluntarily under penalty of perjury. It is my pleasure to share my experience. After i had a nightmare with Walgreen (6th&Vermont) i transferred entire profile to this location. It was processed very efficiently, in professional manner. Ms. MEWSA has behaved very professional; gave me a timely notification & update. i was able to tell she is very reliable, diligent, persistent in performing her job. She has a high self- esteem. I had very pleasant & mature conversation. For my life time medication due to large quantity ( i.e., off the warehouse limit) she needed to go through multiple approval & steps & procedure (i.e, by District manager, delivery arrangement, corroboration with general store manager). She was willing to go through all this.. she did. BEAUTIFUL! Honestly i have never encountered pharmacists like MS. MEWSA. Due to the heavy downtown LA traffic, I find it more convenient to take public transportation to alleviate traffic congestion. I've been loading my tap card at this location for the past six months and every time I've had really bad customer service. I've never complained but today i was rendered more than usual bad service!
