Simply Salad — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have ordered from this place twice already. So far this is currently my go to location for salad! Good portion size and the quality is good in my opinion.

I usually order on Grubhub and I create my own Salad. I really like how I can customize it the way I want it. There was different salad choices and different toppings. I think they give you like 6 topping choices that you can do. After that, you can add any extra toppings you want like crispy bacon, grilled chicken, or shredded parmesan cheese and so on. I usually eat caesar salad, but I must say that I really like the salad that they make me. They put the sauce on the side so your salad doesn’t get soggy, but the salad itself is pretty good in my opinion without any dressing.

I also order vitamin water. I wish there was different choices as I have only been getting topical citrus flavor. Even if I request for orange or fruit punch, it seems like this store only has topical citrus. I hope this store will get other flavors in the future.

I received my salad on time and had no issues. My bag is always stapled so I am happy about that so it doesn’t get tampered with.

The portion size is pretty big to me. I haven’t been able to finish my salad so I always have to save it for dinner. I always get full after eating half of the salad. I am very happy that the portion size is big and I have leftover that can fill me up for dinner.

Price is about 16 bucks for create you own size + the extra toppings I got like crispy bacon, grilled chicken, and shredded parmesan. The bacon was about 1.75 bucks extra, grilled chicken was 2.75 bucks extra, and the shredded parmesan cheese was 1.50 extra. I also added romaine after selecting baby spinach which was .50 extra. The vitamin water was about 2 dollars. Overall, i think the salad was worth the 16 bucks to me. I felt like the portion size makes up for it. I find the salad delicious here and worth the price in my opinion.

I would recommend this place if you are looking for salad or somewhere to build your own salad! I’ll try and add a picture next time...

If i could give them a Zero i would. I love ordering from Simply Salads but today was the worst experience EVER! Where do i begin. First i order from Doordash and the Doordash person tells me the Order is not ready because they ran out of ingredients. They didn't have any chicken or any lettuce to top it off. Then they forgot to give my doordasher the second salad so i only got one out of the two salads i needed. One was for me and the other was for my boss guess who didn't get to eat. Then i called the location and they said oh the salad is here made but we just don't have anyone to take it to you. I wouldn't be as mad if they would have atleast brought me the salad that they said they had already made but they didn't. When i called an associate name Miguel said they were just busy. I guess the manager Jesus Chavez isn't doing his job if he is running out of inventory and isn't making sure the doordash orders are being...
