I've always been enamored with the cool, local vibe of this shop but haven't had a chance to stop in to check it out. I am SO thankful I did. Chris was very friendly & helpful and was quick to notify me when a Bogg bag I had called about previously arrived. He sent me the detailed color and had it packaged and ready to go upon my arrival. His friendly customer service speaks true southern hospitality, and his passion for his hand-selected products is evident. I purchased a pair of OluKai flip-flops from this store and wore them on a ghost tour in Savannah. Within the first five minutes, the leather straps began cutting into my feet. When I went back to the store, the employee called the owner and he advised me to contact OluKai directly, as the store does not accept returns and he needs to maintain profitability. You would expect better quality for flip-flops costing over $80. We had been walking the city for two days and our feet were DESPERATE for more comfortable and supportive shoes. We stopped into the store to see what was available and the sales girl, Taylor, was AMAZING. Truly. She HAPPILY accommodated my need to clean off my dirty feet (it had rained that day and I have hyperhydrosis), making me feel 100% unashamed about the gross state of my feet.
