I feel compelled to share my feedback to warn other tourists to stay away from this bistro.

First and foremost, the hygiene of the place was appalling. The dining area appeared dirty and neglected, with uncleaned tables and a general lack of upkeep. It was clear that no effort was made to maintain a clean and inviting environment for the guests.

To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their demeanor was dismissive, and they displayed a complete disregard for customer service. I was taken aback by their lack of courtesy and unwillingness to assist or address any concerns.

Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered the Pho, a traditional Vietnamese dish that should have been a highlight. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The Pho noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the soup lacked any depth of flavor. It was evident that the kitchen had heavily relied on MSG to compensate for the lackluster taste, resulting in an unpleasant and artificial flavor.

Considering the poor hygiene, disrespectful staff, and subpar quality of the food, I cannot in good conscience recommend this bistro to anyone. If you're looking for an authentic and enjoyable dining experience, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

As a traveler, it's important to prioritize your health and well-being. Spare yourself the disappointment and frustration by finding a different Vietnamese restaurant in Prague that upholds basic hygiene standards, values customer satisfaction, and serves quality food.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for fellow tourists, helping them make informed choices and avoid the unpleasant experience I had at...

I would give 0 stars if I could, horrible experience!!!! We didn't even eat or buy anything, but just wanted to take a quick peek inside because it looked cute from the outside. The dude behind the cashier was incredibly RUDE, we didn't do anything or even asked him anything, he just suddenly and loudly shouted 'BYE' to us three times in a row, in such an aggressive demeanor and by that, forced us to leave the store??? We genuinely didn't do anything to upset him, we were actually talking fondly of the place to each other in German before that happened. I can only imagine that he was most definitely RACIST or on drugs or mentally unwell, still, there is no excuse for his behaviour!!!! I suggest everyone to never set foot and give any dime to this store, an abomination to human kind if I've ever seen one. Felt the urge to go back and confront him but honestly, with his irritated and horrible demeanor I can genuinely imagine he would become physically abusive and slap us across the face for stepping another foot in there. Cannot stress enough to NOT GO THERE, EVER. I cast eternal misery onto this man's soul for making us feel so unsafe and uncomfortable,...

I’ll start by saying the food is absolutely excellent, exactly what I needed after eating Czech food for ages, the beef stirfry and sweet sour chicken were so delicious!!

But … I highly recommend that you get takeaway and sit in a park nearby the water, it is not somewhere you want to eat your meal in. The staff are extremely loud, yelling basically the whole time, even heard what seemed like the owner swearing. Felt incredibly awkward even sitting there waiting for takeaway food let alone eating there. Service absolutely letting what could be an awesome place down.

They also CHARGE for takeaway containers 20 crowns for 2 AND 10 crowns per chopsticks, I have never seen anything like this before, kinda ridiculous...

Only reason review gets above 1 start is that’s the pho noodles were good value and tasty. I don’t mind cheap and cheerful and have no issues that this place was small run restaurant to the side of a Vietnamese grocery store - however we had to endure the young lad sat behind the desk between his gaming and arguing with someone (friend/family) through in the shop, during our meal the cook also came through and started to clip a child’s nails at one of the tables… clip…. Clip… clip - was not nice whilst eating our food. Good knows where those nails were landing

My wife is Vietnamese and she was craving some Vietnamese food while we were visiting Prague. We knew we were in the right place when we walked into a convenience store and the guy at the counter pointed us to a door right to the left of the entrance that led to the restaurant. The food was amazing, legit northern Vietnamese: Phở with thicker noodles and no toppings. The broth was so flavorful and really the perfect meal on a cold Czech winter day. This place put a bit smile on our faces highly recommended!

Genuine Viet place. Has a great home-cooking vibe to the place. it is not fine dining and they are not looking to be an expensive place with a queue or on Instagram. Just a family run food place with non pretentious food. Really excellent food, authentic taste and has a killer fried duck to boot! The fried spring rolls are good and the stired fried beef noodles are amazing with smokey aroma for the beef. Definitely on my return to feed list if I'm ever in Prague again.
