I really wanted to give this location 5 stars because of how delicious the food is, but the service totally ruined it for me. The cashier (tall, younger guy with brown hair and an attitude, working the afternoon shift on 3/21) gave me some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I started to order and he interrupted me halfway through with a "I can't hear you at all," his voice dripping with contempt. This on its own is understandable; the masks and glass shield must make it a bit harder to hear than normal, but the way he said it was very rude. I spoke up and said my order again. "You don't have to yell!" he said, rolling his eyes. "I'm not deaf!" He put my order in the system and told me the total, and instructed me to put my card in. Now, I am very aware that the chip on my card doesn't work. I know that I usually have to insert it three times and then swipe for the machine to read it. So, I put it in and saw the "chip malfunction" warning, so I took it out, waited for it to reset, and put it back in. "DON'T PUT IT IN UNTIL I TELL YOU TO!!" he said to me. "NOW YOU MESSED UP THE SYSTEM!!! Oh my gosh. Come on," he groaned. At this point I was on the verge of tears. I felt so mistreated. "I'll be right back," he said, shaking his head. "Just please don't touch anything, you'll mess it up again. And you're holding up the line, great." He left and came back with another worker. The rude cashier told him, "This customer just messed up our whole system." The other guy gave him a look and said, "Dude, just click this so they can swipe their card instead of using the chip. Nothing is messed up." He put my bag with my food in it on the counter in front of me. I put my card away and reached for the bag. "DON'T TOUCH IT!!! THAT'S NOT YOURS!!! Oh my gosh. Really??" he said to me, in the most condescending, rudest voice I've ever heard from a food service worker. "Umm, yes that is theirs," said the other worker. "Oh." said the rude worker, walking away without giving me a receipt or a "have a nice day," or anything. Cinnabon, if you are reading this, please fire that employee. He gave me the most disgustingly terrible service I've ever received and he is giving a bad name to your store. I am contemplating never going back because of that experience. I was brought to the brink of tears by some stupid teenager brat, and that is...
Read moreIf you want to be served by rude young people or 'teens', careless customer service and people serving you old stale buns with yellow frosting at least you were warned. Years ago this company used to be on top of it and they would make the Cinnabons fresh that is why people drive miles out to support this business. However, if you hire poor staff, dont train well and think customers will put up with it you will loose sales, business and your reputation. What happend to customer satisfactory experience, asking what bun they want and making sure it is served Hot/warm. Dont recommend their locations Cinnabon were my most favorite treat! Cant wait until everything is online only its better that way people dont want to work. Bad GM she hangs up the phone has a heavy latina accent and is...
Read moreStopped here just recently on a Saturday night, and no matter how late it is, there always seems to be a line waiting to order. I usually walk right by, but this time I was craving this place. So I decided to wait, and luckily the line was relatively short. I decided on a caramel cinnamon roll, because those are definitely my favorite of all of their menu items. I also like how it always seems piping hot. Of course this was a good treat for when I got home. I could either share, or have it by myself. No matter I just warm it in the microwave, and the food tastes just as good, as when I first ordered it. It would be so good to go back again. Especially with how cool and friendly everybody who...
