Zero stars even tho it made me put 1, My very first time coming here to support a friend at work and the “head of security” was holding a conversation at the top of the steps i asked the security at the bottom do we stand here or come downstairs he proceeded to yell at me and tell me to get in line when i said “im asking a question to the other worker his response “idc im head of security” VERY RUDLEY, so after standing in line and he finishes his convo and letting the ladies he was conversing with in he proceeds to let my group go and then tells them i am not allowed to go in, i asked repeatedly why and he would not give an answer then finally says it’s because i “have an attitude” like wouldn't anyone have an attitude who just got yelled at for asking a simple question? I then asked to speak to a manager and he refused absolutely terrible will NEVER BE BACK if you have security guards who are easily going to send off customers with no explanation what is the point of having a business. Very disappointed i was looking forward to visiting...
Read moreOverall this pub was a nice spot to pop in and out for a quick drink and snack. We happened to be there during March Madness weekend so it was pretty crazy trying to find anywhere to get a drink! This pub was pretty laid back and you pretty much grab a seat if you can find one. The Saint Shack has some cool retro style furniture throughout the bar and we got lucky enough to grab a couch so we took advantage and did a mini photo session.
My partner and I kept it simple with a few drinks and tater tots to snack on. The tater tots came out really fresh! Overall the staff was friendly but definitely stayed busy so you have to catch their attention when you can. There isn't a dedicated menu for drinks and it's not the place to eat if you're vegetarian or vegan; VERY limited options. The floor was pretty sticky and bar tops were dirty no matter where you sat. I probably wouldn't go back for any food but maybe just to pop in for a...
Read moreI walked in and the guy at the door literally looked at me with disgust, not, "hello, welcome" or any greeting at all. I asked him if they served food making small talk and he ignored my question. I asked him his name, and he verbatim said "dont you worry about my name," so I replied oh you're the friendly type. I was hungry and just looking for some food, so I approached the bar and Jordan on the other hand was friendly and welcoming and attentive Jordan you rock! She recommended the popcorn chicken, and for desert, I had a smash burger. Both were good and I enjoyed them. The bouncer tho soured my experience and won't ever be back. If you're going to treat customers horribly upon entry, they...
