I asked to use the restroom prior to ordering and was given a code for the restroom starting with a 0. I entered the entire number I was given by the staff member helping me and the code did not work. When I went to ask him for the code again he told me the same code starting with 0. I told him that did not work and he asked another staff member to open the door for me. She entered a code starting with 9. A code completely different than the one I was given. She rudely stated to me restrooms were for customers only and gave me a mean look. I used the restroom the top of the toilet was missing and the restroom was filthy which was surprising because the attendant who opened the door had just finished cleaning it, I know this because I saw her exit the restroom prior to me going in with a mop and mop bucket. This same attendant who opened the door told me she didn't have the code for the restroom when I asked her prior to asking the guy at the check stand. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT THE ESTABLISHMENT FOR HOW I WAS TREATED OVER USING THE BATHROOM. I ALMOST URINATED ON MYSELF due to how long it took me to get a code and re-enter a code and wait in line to ask for a code. I was going to order a full meal but I had to urinate so bad that I couldn't hold it. When a guest needs to use the bathroom you allow them. If company policy is order first then be provided with a code or code is on receipt only then I understand but this was not what happened. I was given the wrong code multiple times then the attendant who didn't know the code initially input a code that was entirely different then the one I was given. You don't treat someone like this. It's about human decency. If a guest needs to use the restroom allow them or inform them of company policy. I would have gladly ordered first if thats what was told to me. But this is not what happened. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. McDonald's on Figueroa provides the code for the restroom to guests prior to ordering or after ordering with no problems. I will never eat at a Wendy's ever again in my LIFE and I will tell everyone to stay far away from this establishment and any and all other Wendy's due to their poor...

We got a coupon in the mail advertising that the Wendy's just opened in downtown LA. We were a 5 minute walk away and haven't had Wendy's in years so we thought why not try it.
4 Piece Chicken Nuggets ($1.99): We got it for free with the coupon. The nuggets had an interesting taste and were good but McDonald's nuggets are still king.
I like the holographic and colorful covers for the sauces. They had the sauces by the pick up counter so you can grab whichever flavor you wanted. Honey Mustard Sauce: It has a strong mustard flavor. Buttermilk Ranch Sauce: The sauce was too thick and didn't have much flavor. Sweet & Sour Sauce: Surprisingly really good and very different from McDonald's version. I would recommend this of the 3 sauces.
Large Pineapple Mango Lemonade ($3.69): This tasted more like lemonade since the sweetness of the pineapple mango didn't come through. I wouldn't get this again.
Spicy Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich ($6.99): This was not spicy at all. You can taste the honey but it wasn't "hot honey". They give a good amount of crunchy dill chips which is quite unique. The breaded chicken was also massive and larger than the buns but lacked the juiciness of a beef patty.
Grilled Pretzel Pub ($7.49): I liked the grilled herb chicken breast but my husband liked the breaded chicken breast more. The cheese was actually melted on this one and the pretzel bun was more soft. I thought all of the ingredients worked together and brought out some flavor but it's not as umami as a fried chicken or...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner showed up to pick up his food… (which he ordered through the Wendy’s App!) only to arrive and find out “someone had taken his order.” That’s hard to believe being that he doesn’t have a common name and you have to give a name to get your food. Receipts should also be shown for confirmation but apparently they are not. He was told there was nothing they could do about it. The workers there then ignored him for over 20 minutes until they finally said they would be with him in a minute. They asked him over 5 times what his name was and what the order number was. He gave this information over and over and even wrote it down like they asked. My question is if they knew his order was picked up already, why did they have such a hard time locating it in the system? They refused to make his order and when he asked for his money back they said nothing. AVELINA was the person he was speaking to and the manager at this specific location. After waiting there an hour(!) he asked again about getting his money back. AVELINA then said he could come back the next day to talk to the manager. He told her that another worker (DANIEL) said SHE was the manager. She then said “oh… yes I am one of the managers but I can’t do that for you.” Absolute garbage. Caught in a lie and couldn’t even recover well. Needless to say, we stormed out after that. Complete waste of time, terrible and humiliating service. These people clearly didn’t care at all. We will definitely...
