Willow Coffee Company — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I was looking for places near me to get a good matcha and Willow Coffee Company showed up so I checked out their menu. I went in the morning and let me just say, it was so hard making a decision! I wanted to try so many drinks but I narrowed it down to 2 - The Pheonix and a Cinnamon Maple Matcha, both with oatmilk. They were exactly what I was looking for and the interior was chill and definitely somewhere I could imagine doing work at if there were open seats. The Pheonix is a Quad espresso with sweetened condensed milk and topped off with milk. It was stfong and smooth and not at all watery. The matcha I got was not grainy or grassy at all! Came here last weekend with my partner, based off a glowing recommendation from one of his co-workers - whew, were they right! A cozy spot tucked into downtown OKC, Willow is a beautiful haven of artisanal coffee and authentic community. The love they put into their product (and their customers) is apparent from the minute you step inside. My partner had a wonderfully spiced and subtly sweet dirty chai, while I opted for an addictively strong and creamy Phoenix (espresso quad shot w/ sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon - sort of like a spiced Vietnamese coffee). We also snacked on a lemon lavender scone that was lightly sweet and floral, with the perfect level of salt. I came here with a close friends ordered the orange white mocha shaken espresso with the blueberry cold foam and that was an 100/10, then I decided that it was definitely a store I had to make my place to get work or homework done. So I brought my girlfriend and put her on the same drink and this time I tried the phoenix and both times did NOT disappoint me what so ever. The baristas are super nice and well rounded, the environment is well lit and isn’t too dark and slightly ambient like most although that’s probably what most prefer, and the drinks are simply just amazing. They offer a variety of drinks and the pastries were also very tasty! I enjoyed the scenery overall and it wasn’t too busy during times I would assume other coffee shops would normally be busy at.
