McDonald's — Restaurant in Twin Falls

All was great until I was at the drive through food pickup window. The staff member handed me a bag and said "have a nice day" as they walked away. Actualy, I only caught "have a" of what what said as they were gone before finishing it.

As is my practice at all drive through's, I checked my order BEFORE pulling away. It was obviously wrong, only one item in the bag. I ordered full meals for two people plus we had two drinks coming, they had not been given to me.

When the staff member returned, she was obviously upset (look & tone of voice) as she said "you need to move along". When I informed her this was not our food order, she replied "that's what you ordered". I explained it is not what we ordered OR PAID FOR. She asked (with tone) "what do you THINK you ordered? I rehearsed back the 6 items we should have gotten. She looked around and then said, "I'm sorry, but I'm not giving you all that food unless you can show me a receipt!" I promptly gave her the bag of (wrong) food and my receipt. She looked around, walked away for a second, came back handed us the two drinks a bag of food, that had all our correct items in it, and then simply walked away again - without a word.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a drive through in my life. So sad.

The food was like we expected and were...

I am appalled at the service we just received at this McDonald's. We ordered on the app for curbside delivery because neither one of us feel well and did not want to spread our germs. We ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets, two McDoubles and a small fry. We received our order from a young lady who look like a smile might crack her face. She acted put out to have to bring our order to us. Did we realize we were missing one of our burgers so my wife who wasn't feeling well had to go back into the store to get the rest of our order and rather than just make the extra Burger they made four other orders before making hers. I think you should get one older right first before you make any others. Over 15 minutes later she finally gets her other Burger and had to bring it out to the car where the rest of our order was completely cold by then. Everyone knows you have to eat McDonald's fries while they're still hot when they just become paper mache'. We will definitely be calling corporate over this matter. Food was cold and unappetizing by the time we got our order, staff members were rude, and I will not be returning to this McDonald's if any McDonald's...

I ordered a Caramel Machiato and an Sprite my order. I got a regular coffee and a sprite. I returned and showed them the receipt on my app and a pic of wut i got got. The cashier said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manager n he said he was the manager. I ordered drinks, was bout 5pm. We had an appt at 6pm. Waited 15, 25 min n i went in and inquired about my order. I was told the machine was being cleaned n they couldn't fulfill one of my drinks, that if i wanted to wait 30 min. I would get both.

Ii told him, so u have you had me waiting now for 25min n u want me to wait another 30? U want me to wait an hr to get 2x drinks? He said "yes". It turned out this gentleman was not the manager. A shift manager come over n i explained my case on both the incorrect order n what was going on.

She said she could replace the other drinks, gete something else. We were late, we headed over to Starbucks n moved on. They kept my money both times n i never went back. I go to culvers, the shake out, burger stop n bk after that. I go to McDonald's, just not the locally owned...
