If i could leave ZERO stars i would. My bridal party has had NOTHING but issue after issue with Twin Falls Men's warehouse. We started getting our orders in and in their books in March of this year for our September wedding. We created the account etc. with them and were given a Client ID # so i could give it to the groomsmen so all they had to do was go in and get fitted. I have 7 men in my bridal party line have been contacted by almost every one of them saying there is an issue with our "account" i spent an hour in the store for the first groomsmen complaint because they couldn't "find" our bridal party" even after i showed them our "account number" they had NOTHING that i had picked out in MARCH written in the system. Thank God that i was smart enough to take pictures of what i liked back then (because March was 5 months ago at this point) and i was able to give them the item #s of what the groomsmen & father of the bride was supposed to wear. The next groomsmen went in and there was an issue with pricing. ALL of my groomsmen were quoted different prices from what i was quoted and what " the group rate that was put in the system". when i went in a second time to discuss the issue the "account" was again blank so for the 3rd time i had to show the staff what was supposed to be in there for the groomsmen and making sure the price was right. When my fiance went in to get fit he was charged double what was supposed to be in the system. I again had to take time out of my day to go in and fix the issue. Lastly my dad went in to get fit for his outfit & was measured etc. but when his pants came in they DON'T FIT!!!! we are now 17 days from our wedding and now have to put faith into this poor excuse for a company to ensure that my dads stuff will be done and correctly taken care of before my wedding in 2 weeks. I would NOT recommend this poor excuse for a company to anyone. I have spent more time with this company than i wish to. I wouldn't wish their "professionalism" on my worst enemy. I'm not sure what the issue was but more than 1 trip in for the BRIDE herself to fix their mess ups is 1 trip too much! Wesley, the Store Manager, lives his business philosophy that all customers receive great customer service regardless of being new to the store or a veteran MW customer. He knows fashion and even went so far as to tie an Eldredge knot for me after I admitted I did not know how. This was minutes before I attended a gala event as the MC and I received numerous compliments on the knot.
Skylar, a talented media artist in his own right, knows fashion and style equally as well. He is courteous and professional on every occasion.
Esteban has a sharp eye for color. He can distinguish between blurs of hues and finds the perfect companion sock set to match your tie and handkerchief.
Kelly is a consummate professional and knows how to treat her customers. It is always a pleasure to buy vests from her as her patience exceedingly abounds.
The rest of the staff, Melvita (rhymes with Velveeta!), Rachel, Mandy, Jordan, Brandon and Joseph are equally as pleasant to work with.

Read moreRented my son's tux from here for senior prom, his bow tie was the only part matching his dates dress. They gave him the wrong tie. They called at 3:30 to say his tux was in. I picked it up and his tie was the wrong color. I called and they said " oops" but they couldn't do anything unless I called before 3pm..kinda hard to call a half hour before I even knew. They told me I could drive back there to get 2.14 back !...cost more in gas to start my truck and did nothing for our issue, which was huge to my son ! So their so called customer service sucked!!
