Arby's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I have Arby's delivered as I am primarily homebound. This particular Arby's is one I've had picked up several times. No one has a basic roast beef sandwich like Arby's. It's classic and I like it. I can't say the same for the sandwich they called a gyro.

I only got the gyro because it was 2 for $6. (smh) I don't even know what that was supposed to be. The texture was completely off, as was the sauce. I don't recommend that you satisfy your curiosity about this sandwich. It may end in tears.

Their shakes rock! Now let's talk about the cookies. Arby's cookies are amazing! The only problem is when ordering cookies. I have only ordered chocolate chip but they have given me whatever they felt like giving me. Only once have I gotten a chocolate chip cookie. The other times they put in double chocolate and salted caramel. Both cookies are wonderful, but they aren't what I ordered. I've only ever ordered chocolate chip. So just know, if you are having this delivered and you wanted chocolate chip cookies, you may end up getting whatever they give you.

Only once did I have a bad cookie. When the double chocolate cookie tasted like Long John Silver (strong fish flavor) I was certain that the butter /oil used to make it was rancid. That's why the fish taste, rancid oil. This only happened once. Quite terrible.

whoever the manager was on shift last night was being very rude and racist to a black homeless man that came into to use the restroom and got something to drink. We walked in and noticed the smell and she had to make it known that the homeless was the cause of the smell and how horrendous it was. Then my mom ordered a milkshake and after she finished ringing up her total my mom held out her hand for the receipt and instead of putting it in her hands she put it on the counter like she didn’t want to touch her. Then stopped working/taking orders to one check to see if the homeless man was still around, but also call someone about towing because she wasn’t doing event parking. Then my mom walked over to get the doordash order and the girl with the piercing in face under her eye looked her up and down like she was disgusted or something. Nobody wants to go into establishments having to deal with that especially receiving...

Whatever lady you all have running the drive through window at lunch time sucks. Her attitude is junk, she is very short with people and rude. twice she has slammed the drive Thru window before you can even get your food into your car, let alone be able to ask for sauces. She has a seriously nasty attitude. Couldn’t even tell her she forgot our drinks because she slammed the drive thru window shut so quickly and wouldn’t even look out to see that we were still sitting there waiting. We ended up having to pull around go inside. If she doesn’t like dealing with people she should work elsewhere. Her attitude sucks. But it could be because she’s like 50 and still works he drive thru at a fast food restaurant. Who wouldn’t be disgruntled?!?! My suggestion is to take her off of the window and plave her where she isn’t working directly...
